Community Development Corporation

The Community Development Corporation, often referred to as a 4B corporation for its enabling legislation, uses a half of a cent of the municipality’s sales tax to fund a defined array of public improvements including buildings, equipment, programs and parks, as well as the promotion and development of business enterprises.
