Board of Adjustment (Construction Board of Appeals)

The board hears and decides appeals where it is alleged there is error on any order, requirement, decision or determination made by an administrative official in the enforcement of the zoning ordinance or interpretation of the International Building Code and the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance. This board has the power to hear and act upon appeals from a denial of a variance request. The board’s decisions are final.
